Tell us the box style, size and quantity you need. Our packaging team reviews your specifications and prepares a quotation for your exact order. Add artwork if you have it, so we can confirm printing and finishes at the same time.
Fields marked * with an asterisk are required
A quotation is based on your specifications, so the more you share, the fewer back-and-forth emails you’ll need.
Send your packaging type, dimensions and quantity, plus any artwork, materials or finishes you have in mind.
Our team checks your requirements, suggests suitable materials and constructions, and asks about anything that affects the price.
You receive a quotation to review. Once you’re ready to order, we prepare a digital proof or 3D mockup for your approval before production.
Requesting a quote doesn’t commit you to placing an order.
Every quote starts with your product. These are the choices that shape how your packaging looks, protects and costs.
Packaging is made to your product’s dimensions, from folding cartons and mailers to rigid boxes, displays and shipping boxes.
Paperboard suits lightweight retail cartons, corrugated board adds strength for shipping, and rigid chipboard gives a premium, sturdy feel. Kraft offers a natural, unbleached look.
Choose plain packaging, a one- or two-color logo, full-color CMYK artwork, or Pantone matching for exact brand colors — on the outside, or inside and outside.
Coatings and embellishments change how packaging looks and feels. Availability depends on the box style and material.
Send print-ready files, a rough idea or just your logo. Our designers can help prepare artwork and show it on a 3D mockup before you approve production.

The essentials are the packaging style, the dimensions and the quantity. These details make the quote more precise:
Measure the product that will go inside. Length is the longer side of the box opening, width is the shorter side of the opening, and height is the depth. Then add a small allowance so the product fits comfortably — more if you plan to use an insert or protective padding.
If you’re unsure how much room to leave, send us your product measurements and we’ll recommend the box size.
Use inside dimensions when the box needs to fit your product, which is the most common case. Use outside dimensions when the box must fit a shelf, a shipping carton or a carrier’s size limit. Mention which one you used in the project notes.
Enter dimensions in inches, centimeters or millimeters. Pick the unit in the Unit dropdown next to the size fields.
Yes. Choose the closest packaging type in the form, then describe it in the notes or attach a photo of the exact style you want. You can browse the custom box styles for names and examples.
Common options include SBS paperboard, kraft, corrugated board, rigid chipboard and flexible film, printed with a simple logo, full-color CMYK or Pantone colors. What’s possible depends on the box style and quantity, so we confirm suitable options in your quote. The Option Library shows materials and finishes in detail.
Yes. Upload up to five files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB each) with your request. Larger files can be emailed to sales@packagingsquad.com. Check the artwork guidelines for bleed, resolution and color requirements.
Yes. If you have a logo but no finished artwork, our design team can help lay out your packaging and show it on a 3D mockup so you can see it before production. Mention what you need in the project notes.
Yes. Enter your main quantity, then add a second quantity in the next field. Per-unit prices usually fall as quantity rises, so comparing quantities helps you choose the best value.
No. A quote request is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. You decide whether to order after reviewing the quotation.
Shipping depends on the delivery address, the size and weight of the finished order, the number of cartons and how quickly you need it. Add your delivery ZIP code and needed-by date in the project notes so we can include shipping in your quote.
