We do not guarantee cancellations after 12-14 hours, and in such cases, full charges may apply including for design, production, and shipping.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We are not liable for any loss to you or third parties due to price changes or service adjustments.

Submitting Artwork Files:

To ensure high-quality printing, all artwork files must be submitted in 300 dpi and CMYK format. We are not responsible for any issues related to low-resolution files, such as blurry images or color changes.

You must own the rights to any artwork you submit. We do not accept any offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material for printing.

Billing Information:

We reserve the right to accept or reject any payments. Based on our policies, we may limit order quantities per product or per customer, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing details, including your name, address, contact information, and credit card data. In case of incorrect or false information, we may cancel your order and terminate services.

You must also provide valid credit card details with the correct expiration date to ensure successful transactions.

Return and Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of custom packaging, we do not offer refunds. However, if a product is faulty or defective, please contact us within 3 business days at info@packagingsquad.com.

We will reprint and correct the issue according to your original specifications. Please note that reprinting and delivery may take 6–7 business days.

Shipment and Delivery:

Production, printing, and coloring typically require 4–5 business days, with shipping taking an additional 2–3 business days.

Production timelines begin after we receive, review, and approve your artwork files. While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen issues. In case of printing delays due to technical faults, we will refund applicable charges.
