Our Return Policy

At Packaging Squad, we do our best to provide high-quality custom packaging products. But if something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

1. If the Problem Is from Our Side

If you receive a defective product or it doesn’t match your approved design because of our mistake:

  • Contact us within 2 working days after receiving your order.
  • We’ll review your issue and confirm the problem.
  • If it’s our fault, we’ll reprint your order for free.
  • You’ll need to return the full order within 7 business days.
  • Please send us photos or videos showing the defect so we can process it quickly.

2. If the Problem Is from Your Side

If the issue happened due to wrong files, designs, or details you provided:

  • You can still request a refund after returning the entire order.
  • However, your refund will not include shipping, setup, printing, or billing costs.
  • You must request the return within 2 business days after delivery.

3. Order Cancellation

  • After you approve the design proof, your order goes into production.
  • You have 4 hours after approval to cancel your order.
  • A 5% cancellation fee applies if you cancel after we start processing.
  • Cancellation must be done within 12 to 24 hours.
  • Once production starts, no refund can be issued.
  • We do offer free warehouse storage if you want us to hold your order and ship it later.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
  • The refund will go to your original payment method.
  • You’ll get an email once your refund is completed.
